If I do this (amd some of your other workout vids) will it help me get rid of my fat hanging belly? I'm type 2 insulin resitant diabetic and I've lost 76 lbs in the last 10 months by doing your dance workout vids, but I'm losing weight everywhere except my hanging gut. 😢 I can't do crunches because of my bad back and hip, I'm at a loss as to how to get rid of this fat hanging belly. Please advise! Thanks and I love your videos, always pumps me up with energy to clean the house after!🎉

Wow! Je viens de faire ta découverte! J’adore! Je viens « d’essayer » de vous suivre dans cette chorégraphie et c’était déplorable, mais je vais recommencer demain et j’ai très hâte! Je vais visionner 1 ou 2 fois tes mouvements et je refais une tentative. J’ai confiance car le beat n’est pas trop rapide… j’ai tout de même tout près de 57 ans?😅 Je suis vraiment contente car ça fait un bon moment que je veux danser pour bouger sur des rythmes de ce type. Je vais continuer de visualiser tes capsules pour en essayer une seconde lorsque je me serai un peu améliorée sur celle-ci. Je te remercie sincèrement de nous faire découvrir ta passion.
